  • Can we upgrade to the ‘Advanced’ or ‘Pro’ plan at any time?

    Yes. You can upgrade to an ‘Advanced’ or ‘Pro’ plan at any time.

  • Can we integrate our own content?

    Yes. You receive login access to dedicated pages that you can add your own content to. You can also give third party providers (e.g. your EAP provider, health insurer or flu vac provider) login access to your site so they can add their content directly onto your site themselves. This can significantly reduce your administration time in running the program.

  • Can employee family members use the site?

    Each registered employee will be able to give 5 family members full access to participate in all aspects of the program, including challenges.

  • What is the payment plan?

    You pay:

    • - A one-off set up fee
    • - Pay per person fee for each registered user

    Synergy Health caps this fee. Once you reach this capped amount, we no longer charge for additional registrations.

  • Is there a minimum term?

    Yes. The minimum term is one year.
