To further enhance our mental health services, we’ve recently teamed up with the Good Programs Trust to deliver the ‘GoodYarn’ program. This now enables us to deliver a program that tackles mental wellbeing head on (pardon the pun!) through a peer-to-peer delivery model.

Last week the sad news of Roger Bannister’s passing reached the Synergy Health office. A man who had no trouble practising our healthy habits number 4, ‘Move Quickly Once in a While’ and number 9 ‘Manage Your Thinking’.
